Our school-enterprise incubation program trains young adult for employment by leveraging the principles of the circular economy. The process of recovery, repair, and recirculation of equipment serves as a real learning tool, enabling participants to acquire practical skills and train for a concrete and meaningful profession.

Recovered electronic equipment is repaired, refurbished, and put back into circulation —sold or rented at low cost. This approach not only reduces technological waste , but also trains young adult for promising technical careers.

Customized corporate training

Trained 15 employees on OneNote, a note-taking program in the Microsoft 365 suite. They were trained on how to use the software, take notes and format them, insert tables, images, documents, links, and use the various sharing options.

Commercial Development Corporation

The CDC enlisted Shift2P to help develop its action plan addressing the following three objectives: assessing the alignment between commercial supply and demand to influence the commercial mix, encouraging businesses to reinforce the CDC’s positioning and allow its development vision to be implemented and enhancing the neighbourhood’s image through culture.

Mitigate labour shortages

Our client invested in automated packaging to remain competitive with large, publicly funded organizations. However, labour shortages forced them to further streamline backroom operations. We helped them move to cloud-based accounting, integrated with their existing workflows and suppliers. The new system enables them to understand financial limits and ensures staffing issues don’t impact operations or client services.

A rapidly growing confectionery company engaged SHIFT2P to develop a strategic plan for rapid growth. This initiative helped address and resolve numerous organizational and strategic challenges while involving all stakeholders in the anticipated changes.

Our client, a Canadian not-for-profit organization, wanted to improve their fragmented digital landscape, laborious manual processes, inconsistent standardization, and limited operational agility.

Our team worked with the organization’s leadership team to understand their unique challenges across people, processes, technology, and governance. Based on these insights, we developed a holistic set of recommendations outlined in a comprehensive digital strategy roadmap.
